(Valley-Wide), a Community/Migrant Health Center system, is your “go-to-healthcare-provider” for medical and/or dental healthcare.  The healthcare system can be confusing and you have enough to worry about – let us help you.  Whatever your healthcare need is, we want to help you and/or your family!

Valley-Wide’s main goal is to help our patients be as healthy as possible.  We do this by being:

  • accessible and convenient – having clinics that are easy to get to in locations that offer multiple services and office hours that are convenient to you (evenings and weekends)
  • affordable – whether you have insurance or not and regardless of how much money you have, we can provide healthcare services to you and your family
  • respectful and inclusive – we care about your opinion, beliefs, and concerns and together with you, we’ll look for effective treatment options that make sense to you.

The bottom-line is Valley-Wide wants to help patients get the best care possible whether services are needed for acute or short-term care, chronic or ongoing care, preventive care, or end of life care.  We are the go-to-healthcare-provider for all ages, incomes, and populations – we’re here to help.
