Valley-Wide, a Community/Migrant Health Center (C/MHC), is a private non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation governed by a volunteer community board. Established in 1976, Valley-Wide has thirteen primary health care delivery sites strategically located throughout multiple rural counties in Southern Colorado. These full-service clinics are complemented by eight dental clinics, four physical therapy clinics, and numerous ancillary health services to address routine and/or complex needs of the patient populations and communities served.
Along with multiple outreach programs, Valley-Wide also oversees an Agricultural Worker Health Service Program that provides vouchers to patients in areas of the state that do not house C/MHCs.
Valley-Wide serves all ages through a family practice focus approach. Emphasis is placed on assisting the patient, reducing barriers such as cost, culture, language, literacy, and transportation that may hinder use of appropriate health care services.

CEO Statement
Welcome to Valley-Wide Health Systems. My Team and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to all the services we offer at our health centers located in the San Luis Valley, Arkansas Valley, and in Cañon City. Valley-Wide services include medical, dental, behavioral health, physical therapy, and pharmacy among many other complementary services that help to support the healthcare needs of our patients. If you would like to learn more about all of our services please give us a call or you can find some very valuable information on our website.
My involvement with Valley-Wide began in February of 2019, and I am proud to be part of such an innovative organization. Valley-Wide is a proven champion for meeting the healthcare needs of the communities we serve. I have a personal understanding of the trials and challenges of those who must navigate the road of the healthcare environment. In 2008, my husband and I adopted my niece and nephew, while I love these children like they are my own, they came to us with a number of medical and behavioral health issues. I do not know what we would have done without the support and services provided by the local community health center to help these children become healthy happy individuals. As a mother and as the President and CEO of Valley-Wide, I am here to bring compassion, commitment, and the needed resources to the communities we serve.
My team and I are committed to providing quality care with dignity and compassion. Our goal is to provide high-quality, safe, effective, and integrated healthcare services in a respectful and inclusive manner for all with special consideration for medically underserved populations. Valley-Wide strives to recruit the best medical, dental, physical therapy, and behavioral health providers available. We treat all patients with the same care and respect we expect for our own families.
Valley-Wide is your community health center. If you are currently a patient of one of Valley-Wide’s healthcare centers, I thank you for selecting us to care for you and your family. If you are looking for qualified, skilled, and compassionate medical, dental, physical therapy, and behavioral health providers, I welcome you to select Valley-Wide Health Systems as your provider of choice. Our array of services is designed to be easily accessible to all. We accept most private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, the Colorado Indigent Care Program and Colorado Child Health Plan Plus. We also offer a sliding fee program for anyone who does not have insurance. Whether you need preventive services like well exams or dental cleanings, or you are sick, or you need care for your chronic conditions, we are committed to be there when you need us.
Thank you for your interest in Valley-Wide Health Systems,
