Job Description:

Full-time Outreach Nurse (Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN). This position will primarily support outreach activities in the Arkansas Valley Region by performing nursing functions at outreach events aimed at increasing the level of utilization of clinic services and human service resources by the general community with special consideration for the agricultural population. Applicant must be team oriented and embrace the Patient Center Medical Home concept. Candidate must foster a culture of patient and family centered care, service, quality and safety excellence, while improving patient experience, employee experience and community relations.

Experience:

Qualified candidate will  posses:

  • CMA or MA 
  • Licensed PN 
  • Licensed RN 
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills required (updated to job 09/01/2020)

Requirements & Conditions: 

  • Minimum Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Paid Sick Days/Year: 12 
  • Paid Vacation Days/Year: 10 
  • Paid Holidays/Year: 8 
  • Health Insurance Available: Yes 
  • Drug Test Required: Yes
