As soon-to-be-moms whether to breastfeed is one of the first big decisions we make for our baby. We know that breastfeeding is preferred and recommended by health professionals. The Academy of Pediatrics recommends breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and then breastfeeding with complementary foods being introduced for up to one year or longer.

On Tuesday June 24th, 165 people joined the “Cooking Matters at the Store” grocery store tour event at City Market in Alamosa.
