I have 2 grown boys who are married and have given me 5 grandchildren. Family is most important to me and I am excited to be closer than in the years past. I am dedicated to serving the underserved rural communities of Colorado. Alamosa is such a friendly community, I am so excited to be here!
- Laramie County Community College, Cheyenne, WY
- I began my career as an expanded function dental assistant in 1973, and have worked in the field of dentistry most of my life. After my boys grew up and married, I went to college and received my associate’s degree and began my career as a dental hygienist in 2011 practicing in a private practice in Cheyenne, Wyoming. My desire has been to work in a community health setting, and in 2012 I began practicing in Manhattan, Kansas for a non-profit community health center. I was thrilled to be hired by VWHS to continue my hygiene career. I love being closer to my family here in Colorado, and am honored to be working with the VWHS family.
I love the rural life, and my hobbies include reading, gardening, horsemanship, pottery, stained glass, quilting, dogs and chickens!
