Pay Range: Hourly – Min: $13.00 – Max: $15.00 (based on qualifications and experience)

Primary responsibility of the position is to answer multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, identify and escalate priority issues accordingly and take accurate messages. Must provide the highest level of customer service so that callers have a positive experience when calling Valley Wide Health Systems, Inc. Ensure incoming calls are handled professionally, courteously and efficiently making sure callers’ needs are met and demonstrating empathy while maintaining cultural sensitivity.
Must foster a culture of patient and family centered care, service, quality and safety excellence, while improving patient experience, employee experience and community relations.
Required Experience & Skills:
Two years previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, Intermediate Computer Skills, Microsoft Outlook, keyboarding skills, multi-line phone system and general office equipment. Previous medical office experience and bilingual skills are preferred.
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
