The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide support for the operations of the Physical Therapy department. This includes scheduling patients, answering phones, taking and delivering accurate messages, completing daily paperwork and maintaining patient records. Position will assist the Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistant in selected procedures including preparation of equipment for treatment. We are willing to train the person with the right attitude and people skills to be successful.

Required Experience & Skills:
Two years previous office experience.
Previous healthcare office experience is preferred.
Good people skills
Must display compassion being courteous and patient with others.
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
BLS certification/training and certification will be provided upon employment.
