Alonzo grew up on a ranch in San Luis, where he saw first-hand the need for healthcare providers in the San Luis Valley. This coupled with his passion for helping people, led Alonzo to pursue a nursing career, and stay in the Valley where he could provide care for his home community. Most of his experience is specific to the Emergency Department as a traveling nurse.
Outside of the clinic, you might find Alonzo snowboarding, riding horses or hunting.
