Originally from the Midwest, Franchesca started her career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse 24 years ago. She mostly worked in emergency medicine during her nursing career, including 6 years as a flight nurse, and then decided to apply to Physician Assistant school 5 years ago. She loves helping patients with their health, whether their need is emergent, urgent, or helping to prevent chronic disease.
Franchesca’s husband retired from the US Army after 20 years of service, and is now a fire chief and paramedic. Together Franchesca and her husband have four daughters and two dogs, Lucky and Paige. In her free time, Franchesca loves spending time with her family – exercising, hiking, boating, and camping in a camper.
