Michelle, originally from Missouri, is a Licensed Professional Counselor because she believes in the benefits of behavioral health services. She wants to reduce the stigma of mental health by normalizing the experiences we have in life as human beings. Michelle has experience working with all ages and is confident that when individuals work on personal mental health, they enhance their emotional well-being and daily experiences.
Michelle enjoys being outdoors during all seasons of the year, hiking, swimming and gardening. When practicing good self-care she can be found in the garden, stretching, or taking a moment to reflect on her day.
